Adult Taekwondo


Work out and learn to defend yourself at the same time! Taekwondo provides an exciting alternative to the traditional work-outs. Unlike any programmed, machine-like routine, our Adult Taekwondo program allows for a more dynamic and energetic class. Since 1982, Kim’s Martial Arts has been helping adults improve their physical and mental health, as well as their overall well-being.

The adult program works as a great stress reliever, and energizes the students. No age is “too old” to be healthy. No life is “too busy” to start on your goals today.

We believe balance is the best way to achieve a better life. During our Adult Taekwondo classes you will learn traditional Taekwondo as well as Olympic Style sparring, and self-defense! We have advanced Adult Taekwondo classes (Blue belt and up) on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:45-7:40) Beginner classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays ((7:40-8:30) and on Saturday mornings we have an all belt adult class (10:20-11:20)
